About mca group

Dr Andrew Jupp is a Chartered Accountant and tax specialist and has over 25 years’ experience of working with early-stage entrepreneurial businesses, and was formerly an equity partner with Ernst & Young, leading their Entrepreneurial Services practice in the south and midlands region, and National Head of Tax for another top 10 firm. He is now the lead tax consultant for mca group in the West Midlands.

Adrian Holles is a Director at mca group and manages the Birmingham office. He has over 20 years experience as a Chartered Accountant working in professional practice and also has experience of working as a Finance Director in various industries on a permanent and interim basis. Adrian specialises in being the trusted advisor to family and owner managed businesses, enabling him to advise clients through all stages of the business lifecycle including growth phases, business combinations and exit strategies.
